NBA B3TZ

Dallas vs. New York

The Dallas Mavericks and the New York Knicks are off to an impressive start despite the absence of their key players.  Dirk Nowitzki and Amare Stoudemire are both currently sidelined with injuries.  The Mavericks are getting great play from OJ Mayo while the Knicks are relying on silky smooth Carmelo Anthony to carry the load.  Which one of these teams will come up victorious on Friday?

Golden State vs. Los Angeles Lakers

Currently the Golden State Warriors are two games ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers in the Pacific Division.  This is quite a shock given the assemblage of talent in LA this summer.  Klay Thompson is coming into his own at shooting guard since the departure of Monta Ellis and Steph Curry has managed to remain healthy so far.  The Lakers will need a big game out from Dwight Howard if they intend to win their 2nd game of the season on Friday.

OKC vs. Detroit

The OKC Thunder are off to a slow start since trading James Harden, but unfortunately the Detroit Pistons come to town on Friday.  The Pistons have yet to win a game this season and playing the defending Western conference champs is not a solution to this problem.  This game could get ugly.
