New York vs. Boston
The Boston Celtics have lost 4 straight heading into tonight's game against the New York Knicks and coach Doc Rivers isn't happy about it. The coach publicly called out his players questioning their effort and insinuating the team wants things to come easy for them. If the Celtics are going to turn things around it will be due in large part to the play of Paul Pierce. Although Rajon Rondo may be their best player at this stage in his career Pierce is the most important. Without his scoring and leadership the Celtics will go nowhere. Pierce is one of the 7 greatest Celtics of all time and still has some game left. Not sure he can stay with Carmelo Anthony at this point in his career, but I'm sure he will give it his all. The Celts will win a close one at home.
